■ Reservation-related Q & A

  • Reservations can be made via the Internet (* currently in preparation) or by phone. If you would like to make a reservation by phone, please contact us between 11:00 and 21:00. In addition, we may have to wait during lunch lime hours and busy seasons. In that case, we apologize for the inconvenience, but please try again.
  • Q2. Is it possible to cancel the reservation or change?
  • If you wish to cancel, please be sure to contact us by phone one day before your reservation. Even if the number of people changes, please be sure to contact us by phone at least one day before your reservation due to the preparation of food. In addition, if the number of people increases, we may not be able to meet your request due to seating restrictions. Please note.
  • Q3. Is it possible to change the reservation time?
  • Please contact us in advance and consult with the staff in charge. It may not be possible to change if there is another reservation at the desired time.
